Michael’s paintings, rooted in loose realism, urban expressionism, and abstract techniques, explore themes of music, relationships, self-evolution, and transforming traditional perspectives. Each piece reflects his desire to capture the rhythms and nuances of human experience.

Working with acrylic, oil, digital, and mixed media, Michael creates layered, emotionally resonant artworks. His artistic journey was rekindled during a six-year stay in Atlanta, GA, leading to a return to Fort Wayne, IN, where he now thrive as a full-time artist.

Beyond the studio, Michael has a passion for arts education, community engagement and creative exploration. He taught art at several youth organizations before founding his own nonprofit art organization, The Blank Canvas Society.  Through mentoring young creatives and hosting community art events, Michael inspire others to pursue artistic growth.

In addition to painting, Michael channels his love for music as a DJ, where sound becomes an extension of his artistic voice. In 2024, Michael was honored with the Fort Wayne’s Mayor Art Award, recognizing his contributions to the arts community.
